On this ocasion he surprises us with an excelent megamix of funky break beats “DRUM LOVE” produced exclusively for the international RED BULL BEAT BATTLE 2007. Event that is heldin the U.K.
This event is organiced in collaboration with the ROCK STEADY CREW and it´s a meeting place for Bboys around the world. The EP includes on the A side an extended version of the main medamix ready to be scratched.
Following the innovative philosophy of Fresh Kingdom Records especificly thought for the tunrtablist, side B presents an exceptional dj battle weapon that includes the breaks, voices, skits and effects used by Calagad 13 for the production of the megamix. This enables the esperienced dj to create his own version or to experiment new horizons. It´s also contains effects for scratch loversto play with on the extended version. Calagad13 is back on the attack,”THE BREAKS BURNER” is an extended play, 30 minutes of pure b-boy style.
A release of 4 unedited tracks and the already well-known “BRING THE BEAT BACK” previously published in the “BATTLE OF THE YEAR” (Dominance records 2006) soundtrack.
The perfect wax for the b-boys to break the dance floor, this EP goes from the freshest electrofunk with “GROOVE MASTERS” to the most daring breaks in “THE BONGO FIRE”.
Writers should stay aware to “THE BOMBING MISION”, a hymn to graffiti street art that takes you on a journey to the New York city of the 70s.
Track 6 closes the work with a set of tools for the deejays, it includes an exceptional innovation as it comes with the different music lines taken from the studio recording of “GROOVE MASTERS”: Bass Lines, sintetizers and drum patterns ready for turntablists to create and remix instantly.
